After you have mastered the first trick with worry beads, this second trick will amaze your friends, become a worry beads expert! With the diagrams below you should be able to learn the hand positions and quite quickly increase your speed. Once mastered at any speed you can regulate your speed to help change your heart rate, the slower the worry beads move the lower your heart rate.

Start position

Swing the 1st pear to the front of your hand and catch it between your thumb and index finger.

Move your little finger away from your ring finger and allow the 2nd pear to drop.

Swing the 2nd pear over the top of your hand and behind your three fingers. Catch it with your little finger behind the cord.

Release the 1st pear and move the angle of your hand so that the 1st pear drops into the start position. Repeat, getting faster each time, unit you can regulate the speed you use.
