This first trick with worry beads is to lean the rhythm required for all tricks with 2Pear worry beads (Greek Begleri beads). Once mastered at any speed you can change the speed of the worry beads to help change your heart rate. Try doing it slowly when your heart is racing or fast if your are feeling low.

Start position

Swing the loose pear back and forwards increasing the swing until the pear lands on top of your hand from the front:

Move your hand to swing the pear up from the back. Repeat for 5 minutes until you have your rhythm and the pear always lands on your hand.

Close your hand slightly and swing the pear to land on your thumb. Flick your thumb upwards quickly.

Catch the pear on top of your thumb and repeat until you get bored!!
